Recipe: Borani (Persian Spinach Yogurt Side Dish)
This is the most delicious form of spinach you've ever tried! I have loved this dish ever since I was little and my dad would make it. The recipe is extremely simple and now, I share it with you guys!

- Take a bag of spinach (organic baby spinach is best) and steam it until it's tender. Remove it and let it cool off to room temperature before mashing it. It will be much easier to mash since it has been steamed.
- Toss the spinach into a bowl and add 2 cloves of garlic (chopped finely).
- Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and paprika powder for taste.
- Pour in the yogurt and mix thoroughly.
- Cover it and let it sit in the fridge until serving.
- Enjoy!
